Hi, I'm Maya!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I work with adults in North Carolina, who are navigating the challenges of anxiety, relationship stress, and traumatic experiences. With a warm and non-judgmental approach, I strive to create a safe space for folks to explore their thoughts and feelings. Together, we work to gain insight into patterns and behaviors that may be holding them back. I help folks develop strategies to help move through what's keeping them "stuck".


Whether you're grappling with constant worry or experiencing friction in your connections with others, I'm here to support you every step of the way. You are worthy of a life filled with joy and harmony.

Anxiety is a natural response to stress. However, when it feels overwhelming or constant, it can interfere with everyday life. Anxiety often shows up as persistent worry, fear, nervousness, muscle tension, headaches, or nausea. Through therapy, you can learn to manage anxiety, and develop tools to regain a sense of calm and control.
